New data from Harris Interactive / Mindshare Interactive

Harris Interactive (a polling firm) and Mindshare Interactive (us!) are about to release data about Americans’ attitudes towards giving and nonprofits.  The survey, which comprised hundreds of questions about prospective and existing donor’s patterns and beliefs about nonprofits should be useful information for any organization crafting a fundraising strategy over the next twelve to eighteen months.

If you’d like to get a slot at the presentation on August 22nd, 2007 @ 11am Eastern time, please register here.  Here’s the description:

A one-hour
webinar featuring a review of findings of the quarterly DonorPulse
survey, a national survey of non-profit and charitable organizations’
donors and volunteers. Among other things, the survey explores
motivations for individuals engaging with and supporting organizations
and identified supporters’ preferences for types of communications from
those organizations.

Participants will see our recent findings
regarding the most effective communications channels that can be
leveraged to gain new donors and retain existing donors. A targeted
discussion following the data presentation will help identify how
organizations can put these insights to use right away to enhance donor
and supporter engagement.
